"Excellent"

Nice location. The rooms are good. When you book the cheapest version it could be that room doesn’t have a window. But only for a bit more you can get a room with big windows. The location is good for city trips and any kind of activity.

"Nothing to recommend it"

Location was good but there are dozens of other hotels equally -well positioned.

TV wasn't able to stream so only had local Vietnam stations. Elevator went to the 5th floor, we were on the 6th. Almost zero contact with staff after check-in. Our room was poorly painted with runs and drips everywhere.
