Chambre propre et fonctionnelle idéalement située pour visiter La Spezia et près de la gare pour se rendre aux villages des Cinq Terres. Hôtesse très accueillante et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement cet établissement!

Un très bon séjour à l'hôtel 6th Land Rent room. Le logement est très bien situé. À mi chemin entre la gare et le port et dans une rue commerçante avec beaucoup de restaurants autour. Seul petit hic : pas d'ascenseur et les chambres sont au deuxième étage.

6th Land apartments were in a great location, very close to restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the train station. The apartment was very clean and hosts were helpful and knowledgeable. It was also quiet at night.

It was nice staying at this location. In the middle of everything tou want to see. Only problem was no elevator and tough to park and get your luggage to the room. The host was excellent as she helped my wife with the luggage while a found a parking spot. All in all good experience.

Como tinha pouca avaliação estávamos receosos. Mas foi uma grata surpresa em todos sentidos, tudo novo e perfeito. Colchão maravilhoso, chuveiro, localização, tudo excelente. Super indico!!!

We were beyond pleased by the location of the place. Tania was also extremely helpful and kind. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Surprisingly the room was very quite despite being so close to the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.
