We loved our stay and was very impressed with Tanya who was amazingly efficient, responsive and helpful. Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is attention to detail , offering several places for toiletries, etc that many accommodations lack. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and lovely stay while visiting the tourist pack Cinque Terre. Coming back to our room after a busy day felt like heaven.

The host was so accommodating with help for laundry, restaurants and info on the area! Great stay in updated accommodations that were private from noise, lots of hot water, and access to fridge and coffee machine! Excellent! TY Tania

Very nice apartment in the middle of everything. If you like to walk it is perfect walking to ferry boats to Cinque Terre or buses to Porto Venere!

Nice room in a suite on the second floor of an old building. No elevator, so have to carry luggage up two floors. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The common area shared with the other two rental rooms had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. It was easy to find and Tania was very nice, communicative and helpful. The rental is located in a great part of town near a lot of restaurants and it's an easy walk to the train station. I bought the Cinque Terre treno card, so it was convenient to walk to La Spezia Centrale station and take the regional train to Monterosso where I started the blue path hike to Vernazza, then Corniglia (5.5 mile hike total with 1,500' of elevation gain!) where I caught the train back to La Spezia. Super fun and beautiful hike! I enjoyed it there and would definitely come back when in the area again!

Detta är ett B&B med ett bra läge i trevliga La Spezia. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Tyvärr fungerade inte sänglampor mm men i det stora hela var det bra. Frukosten var ganska begränsad och man fick betala extra för kompletteringar. Vi träffade ingen representant från hotellet under vår vistelse. Varför ger jag bara ett ok betyg? Det beror på priset. Det känns om högt jämfört med vad man får även om boendet är bra.

I didn’t pay enough attention at booking and didn’t expect a RBnB but was not disappointed. Very nice place central located. Special note on the lady who welcomed us and was very helpful !!! Parking was not easy but not due to the property.

Tanya was very helpful getting me in and out. The property is in e perfect location between the train station and the sea. We would recommend this to anyone!

The stay was good and everything went smoothly. The room was situated in good area with good access to restaurants and to the railway station. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast place was also really nice.
