Praktisk beliggenhet:) Ligger i gågata nær butikker og kafeer . Likevel var det stille om natta 😊 10 min å gå til havn, og 10 min til togstasjon. Det er et felles område med kjøleskap, vannkoker og kaffemaskin. Daglig renhold av rommene.

Tout était parfait pour nous . Très bon accueil à notre arrivée . Chambre très propre. Situation géographique idéale avec accès rapide aux transports à pied. Séjour excellent

We had a lovely stay, Tania was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short 10-15 min walk from La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre. The room also included breakfast which was of exceptional quality as a bar a short walk away.

Le personnel est formidable ! Ils nous ont accomodé et donner une chambre plus grande avec bébé. Le déjeuner inclut est excellent. La chambre est très propre. Un excellent hotel ! Nous recommandons !

This cute apartment's location is perfect. So convenient and clean. The hostess was really helpful. We enjoyed staying there for three nights.

Really lovely stay. Room was very nice and so clean. I was travelling alone and this was the perfect place to be. Right on the main street so completley safe to get back to of an evening. Also only a 5-10min walk to train station so perfect. Tanya was a lovely host and messaged the day before I arrived which really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you are travelling alone like I was.

Lovely room with a balcony. Big bathroom. Great location to walk the town. Approx 15 min walk to train station. Shared kitchen with a fridge kettle and coffee maker. Only thing lacking was plates and cutlery , micro wave to heat up and eat our take away orders Otherwise excellent!

Safe, close to restaurants and train. Quiet and staff very helpful. Check in easy and great communication! Overall very satisfied!

Habitação muito limpa, reformada e bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário para quem fica hospedado. Atendimento do host foi excelente sempre proativo na comunicação e isso facilitou a chegada ao apartamento. A região é bem localizada com várias opções de restaurantes (walk distance) . Recomendo
