Studio 8 on Waterson

Too many stairs for us and bad kitchen design

The room was clean, the area was quiet

The swimming pool was dirty, I couldn't use it during my staying There was no street light and crossing the road to get to the apartment was potentially dangerous. Getting to the apartment from the parking area was also unpleasant as there was no light at night leading to the stairs The washing machine is out of the apartment behind a double door in the small hallway - thing I managed to figure out on the morning of my leaving. The price is too high for what you get 🤷🏻‍♀️

Modern, very comfortable, fabulous view from the balcony and so close to Airlie Beach shops restaurants and the beautiful boardwalk:) well equipped kitchenette as well.

Loved the location & bright clean room with excellent amenities. Balcony was decent size & well appointed.

Pool area is pretty basic but good to just cool down in. Didn’t like noisy leaf blower at 8am on a Monday morning!

Good location close to the main strip, without all the noise. Comfortable bed, handy amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and the balcony was lovely in the mornings. There's a few stairs to get up to the room so just keep that in mind, otherwise you can come uphill from the side street instead and walk across from there to avoid some stairs. Parking spot was handy for when we hired a car overnight. Overall a great place to stay in Airlie Beach.

Cleanliness could've been slightly improved, nothing too off putting, just a few left over strands of hair in the bathroom and bed linen might need to be updated as ours had some small spotty stains. I would still recommend this accomodation. There isn't wifi at this location and phone reception isn't always great, so just something to keep in mind if you need the internet.
