The room was clean and nice

It was very very noisy. The floor above creaked every time they walked. They water next door was loud in my room.

Room was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Not for influencers but great for families who need a nice room at a good price with basic amenities.

There was a drip on the air conditioner that may have been caused by the rain (water dripping on the metal of the unit). It didn't bug me but my son found it irritating.

Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable.

Location was noisy often train right outside that made a lot of noise and trucks in parking lot making noise in the morning. Had no room cleaning over my 5 night stay.

The receptionist look like he just doesn’t want to be there for work. We didn’t even know he is done checking in our room. Just left our room cards and credit card on the table. The toilet’s vent doesn’t seem to be working. And I can hear the voices of the people staying beside me even it’s midnight.

I appreciated the check-in and check-out procedure, simple and quick. I was thankful for the personal assistance when I inquired about office equipment that would be helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and provided all I needed for my fews days' visit.

The breakfast was good, I just missed potatoes. I love potatoes with my eggs and bacon or sausage. I am not a big waffle fan, but it was nice they were available. Other clients certainly were enjoying them.

Please include Bagels and cream cheese in breakfast.

No Bagels.

The room was roomy, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and did a good job.

We had made and prepaid reservations for 4 nights. We arrived in Portland a day early so my wife made reservations for that night also. When we arrived I informed the man at the desk of our 2 reservations so there wouldn't be any confusion about our stay. He checked us in and said everything was understood and fine. We stayed 3 nights and the next day we received a call from them saying we had left some things in our room and we hadn't paid for our last night. That was not true but they said that they had removed all our belongings from the room and they were on a cart in the lobby. We immediatly went to the hotel to straighten this out. When we got there the man at the desk said that after we stayed for the first night we needed to go to the front desk and check out and then check in again. That's not what we were told when we checked in the first night. That is why I explained the situation to the man that checked us in to avoid what just happened. They checked us back into the same room and spent the last night. The next morning we checked out and had a conversation with the manager and she took off charges for one night but still maintained that it was our fault. I guess they won't admit fault because of liability, I don't know. Other than that we were happy with our stay there. I'm waiting to see my credit card statement to see if the charges are correct.
