Good location right downtown

Very overpriced for the location and experience. No amenities in the room, hot water ran out every morning, the bar upstairs had 0 atmosphere and the lights were set to the brightest, the breakfast at Stacked was mediocre and there were two service people for the whole restaurant.

the location was good

we had no shampoo in our room. it seemed like that should have been checked when the room was cleaned. the walls are very thin. our neighbor was listening to the TV and we could literally hear every word. we could hear people in the room above us through the vent on the bathroom. there was also a cigarette smell coming through the bathroom vent. finally. there was black something coming out of the ac vent. I woke up in the am with black stuff on my bed a pillow coming from the wall next to the bed. frankly, I expect more from a Marriot.

The property was very clean the best hospitalities from our employees. The rooms were up-to-date. Everything was comfortable the best hotel in Cleveland.

Everything was wonderful no problems. I love everything.
