Comfortable, well appointed

The only problem I had was at Check in. They had a mix up with my room and I had to wait an hour, after check in time, to get into the room. The 2 people at the front desk didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I checked my receipt the next day and it was still wrong. They had me mixed up with another person with the same last name who was checking in the day I was checking out. Finally the person at the desk that morning knew how to resolve the issue.

The downtown Main Street in Christmas time is pretty with all the decorations.

The room floors the sticky and dirty. It was like they mopped every room on the floor for weeks with only one mop bucket refill per day. I used a clean hand towel to try to clean the floor and it was just about black with dirt by the end. Second, there was clumps of mascara underneath the pillows in one of the beds. The hallway floors on our floor had strains that were highly visible.
