"Nice place to say they need to replace the maintenance man and get someone that is more people, friendly and not so arro"

The check in staff were amazing and nice. The hotel was clean. The pool was always clean and the hot tub..

The maintenance man was very nasty and rude. We had an issue with the refrigerator he was the most arrogant person we have ever dealt with. That would be our only reason not to go back again….

"Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Störungen"

Die Lage ist hervorragend, den Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge sind vom Balkon zu sehen und zu genießen, Pool und Wirlpool beheizt und in betrieb,

Zur Sauberkeit der Küche: Edelstahloberflächen waren verschmiert, Herdplatten und Backofen schmutzig, wurden auch nicht nach Reklamation gereinigt, es war aber jemand in der Suite, Keine Teelöffel und nur 3 Esslöffel, dafür 8 Gabeln, einige Tassen und Teller mit Schlagstellen, Küchenausstattung sollte überprüft und entsprechend ersetzt werden. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten waren sauber.
