The place itself was very nice.. great location!

Very dirty floors… definitely needs a good clean. We asked for a possible early check-in after a 16 hr drive in to be told that it was actually not ready due to housekeeping not being done yet.. so we actually wasn’t able to get in until 5:45 when check-in was 4…… extremely disappointed in that !!….. and obviously the cleaners did not dust or clean the floors at all

It is an amazing, new property, fantastic location, brilliant staff. 20minutes drive to downtown St.Pete, short walk to grocery store, restaurants and lovely shell shop.

"Lovely beach stay"

Nice location just across road from the beach (pedestrian crossing outside hotel), easy to park, friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Nice views from apartment. Publix supermarket short drive or 10 mins walk away. Would gladly have stayed longer.
