"Saturday Night Stay"

Three adults stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday in a two bed queen room. Our room was clean, closet had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The beds and pillows were comfortable, however the fitted sheets and mattress pads on both beds slipped off during the night which was uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast served the usual fare and tasted better when heated up in the nearby microwave. Most items were replenished as needed except for the waffle batter and whole fruit. The counter where the food was served could have been kept cleaner. The front desk staff was neither friendly nor rude. When checking in and out, they performed their job. We never got a hello, thank you or were asked if we enjoyed our stay. The parking lot was well lit and it was easy to get a spot. If you are looking for a clean, basic hotel at a good price within walking distance from bars and restaurants this one is a good choice.

Staff very friendly & attentive! Breakfast was delicious w/many options which changed by day. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was a wonderful treat w/many options & was always available which helped warm you up considering the cold weather outside!

We love the Cobblestone! We lived in Janesville for 30 years and when we go back to visit we always stay here. Downtown Janesville has become so vibrant and fun -- headed back next month!

"Amazing staff/ hotel"

The staff was amazing with our boys basketball team. We stayed Friday-sunday and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was great. Everything was top tier and we had such a good time. The hotel is located downtown and the views are beautiful. Such a fun experience.
