"Great location and awesome rooms."

Great hospitality and location. This is our second time stay here and we would definitely come back. The only things that my husband hesitate are the 50$ parking every night and $45 Resort fee. But then again the resort fee covers daily bike rental, beach accessories which we didnot use. Theres also tax on top of both of these. Hotel and the staff especially upper management are awesome. Mr Mendoza was so hospitable that we will go back in spite of these charges.

"Overall good but under stocked kitchen if you want to cook."

Overall good experience with a few minor issues - don’t plan to cook unless you don’t need any serving bowls, dish towels or pans for broiling veggies!! Great location, quiet, clean, nice pool and full fitness facilities. Will stay here again with some advance assurance that the kitchen is better equipped.

"Incredible Oceanfront, Boardwalk Suite"

Another incredible stay at Vespera. We had an ocean front boardwalk suite with an incredible view of the ocean, boardwalk, pool and Pismo Pier! We got lucky with an incredible room rate and an upgrade! They are renovating the Pool area bar but there was no noise or disruption aside from some paneling to hide the construction. It did not take away from the wonderful experience at all! We can’t wait to see what the new outdoor bar area becomes!

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. It’s right by the beach, and they have sand toys and beach chairs, so we don’t have to worry about bringing our own. The evening atmosphere on the lawn is so relaxing. We truly adore Vespera Resort.

"Best stay in Pismo Beach"

Best place to stay in Pismo Beach. Rooms were very nice, pool and pool bar were amazing, food was delicious, outdoor lawn seating with fire pits were awesome, walking to bars and restaurants was a breeze and easy access to the beach! Would definitely stay again!
