Location to race course

Asking for a credit card when checking in(which I only have a debit card) then saying they won’t take any money off it, and being totally embarrassed in front of other guests as I only had £20 in my account and they were trying to take £80 off it. Our rooms window directly and level with the main road and had a lot of traffic passing all times of day and night

Helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom.

no net curtains to screen view from road. no heated towel rail. I didnt mention this to any staff though, so not a big issue.

Lovely staff, especially the lady at the front desk (apologies I didn’t catch a name!) who remembered all the little details when we were checking out

Was quite hard to pull out of car park as couldn’t see round the corner, perhaps a mirror could help?
