"Pleasant stay and located well for a walk into Stratford centre"

Comfortable bed and good bathroom with toiletries. Staff pleasant and helpful. Decor in main area and bedroom of a good standard.

Walls are a bit thin / not sound proofed so partner woken by people talking in the middle of the night when they checked in!

"A lovely place to stay but I’d eat elsewhere."

Very comfortable. We were upgraded due to a double booking. The air conditioning was bliss! The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We weren’t impressed with the food and the 2 drinks I ordered (cocktail and a baileys) were undrinkable.

Stayed one night as a wedding anniversary treat. The hotel was beautiful and the staff so friendly. Only mentioned in passing about our anniversary at check in and when we got back to the room later that evening there was some sweet treats for us, so kind.
