The guy preparing the breakfast and serving us was very kind cheering up our morning. Reception desk staff was always kind and helpful.

Ik liet een fleece jack hangen in de kast van kamer 306. Ik heb dat via de lost and found pagina binnen 2 uur gemeld. Na 3 weken krijg ik het bericht dat mijn jack niet gevonden is. Als ze meteen waren gaan kijken had het gewoon nog in de kast gehangen.

Wow, what an ideal location smack dab in the middle of everything: riverfront with barge and recreational boats plus steamboat activity, inclined plane going up and down the mountain, above ground subway, and trains passing regularly. Restaurants galore within walking distance. We strolled across the bridge to see even more restaurants and entertainment on the north shore of the city. Pittsburgh has cleaned itself up nicely and is well worth a visit, so put it on your list. Didn’t like paying $45 for valet parking and these flat, square bathroom sinks don’t drain well. Otherwise breakfast included with a panoramic city view, superb choice.

Hotel is easily accessible and clean. Good breakfast! Helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It started with the fantastic greeting we received from Dylan, his personality was awesome and so very helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. The valet was very efficient. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful view. We will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was fantastic. However, we accidentally left our jackets in the room closet. I called back within two hours after checking out before it had been rented and let the front desk know about it. She said she would take care of it immediately and let me know. After two days when I had not heard back, I called again and was told I needed to file a lost item report which I immediately did. I am still waiting to hear back. I have a feeling we will never see our jackets again. One was old but the other was a new one that we had bought on our beach vacation. I'm sure the employees or new tenant thought it was a great deal.
