Fairfield by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown

Very clean

Everything was clean and staff was very kind. Valet service was great as well.

The 2nd floor smelled stale. We were moved to the 3rd floor and the smell improved. The lobby is beautiful and updated, but the rooms are not. Staff was accommodating with switching rooms. This hotel is not located in a great area of Pittsburgh. There weren’t many restaurants or shops in the area. If we travel to the city again, we would not stay at this hotel.

Great place. Close to everything downtown.

The staff were great but the dirtiness was such a put off. The showers looked as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The bathroom over all was very dirty except for the sink. The beds were not comfortable. Parking is such a pain that you must pay for valet service. No parking near by. Other than the staff this place was a true disappointment.

Requested a room with a bathtub but they don’t have any. That’s the only reason I chose that hotel
