Staff were nice, and the breakfast was a surprisingly good spread.

There was a horrendous amount of traffic noise all night long. I was constantly awake from the sounds of idiots racing and brodozers flexing their exhaust system. My Garmin ranked it the worst night's sleep that I've ever had. Maybe it's not a problem for all rooms, but if you have a "River View" rooms on the top floors expect 100dB traffic noise all night long. I slept with earbuds playing white noise at max volume, and was still woken up every 3-5 minutes by traffic noise. Waited for an hour to get checked in because the computer system couldn't retrieve the booking that I had made through Booking.com. The helpful front desk woman sat and refreshed for a ridiculous amount of time til I finally got a Booking customer support rep on the phone. Took another 20 minutes for them to talk it out. Maybe not the hotel's problem, I'm not sure, but it was a major hassle.

The front desk gentleman was very very nice and had a lot of energy in his work checking me in at 12:40 late at night.

Mi è stato addebitato 3 volte il costo della camera, ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora alcun rimborso! La ragazza in reception continuava a dire che il prezzo addebitato era la caparra ma dopo 10 giorni dal soggiorno ho ancora l'addebito del pagamento. Inoltre durante la notte mi è stato addebitato il pagamento del valet parking del quale non abbiamo mai usufruito. Consiglio personale: non andate a Pittsburgh, costa tutto tantissimo e anche un altro hotel che avevo cancellato sempre a Pittsburgh mi ha addebitato il costo del soggiorno mai utilizzato. I parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento (dai $40 ai $50 dollari al giorno esclusa la notte) e non ne vale la pena.

Great location between all the sporting venues, ability to walk to all the properties.

Location was great, close to everything we were there for.

Was assigned a handicap room ( lights blinked constantly) thank GOODNESS it didn’t trigger a seizure for my husband. Asked front desk about room assignment and was told it was assigned randomly when booked. Every time we showered water was all across the bathroom floor. Bathroom could use maintenance touch up. My cc was charged oddly for $1 moments after check in, asked front desk and she had no idea why.

Good clean hotel. Self park is two blocks away but it was easy to get there. Garbage truck at 4 am was LOUD!!!

The room was wide and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available every morning and there was gym that's open 24 hours. Great location in Downtown Pittsburgh. Nearby to bus stops and a rail station.
