Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick, MD

I am writing a more lengthy review to explain the totally belligerent and rude behavior of the staff at this hotel. Their treatment of me as a customer was unexpected and unprofessional. The breakfast person on duty was a disgrace to the concept of customer service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I have stayed at many hotels over the years for business & personal travel alone and with my family. This needs to be addressed. See above.. not a positive experience and spoiled my trip. I intend to write to the corporate office of Radisson Hotels.

Easy and convenient location. And the bed was extremely comfortable.

Taste of the coffee ☕️ that needs improvement

Beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were accommodating when we needed additional items.

Our bathroom shower was rickety. It moved when you stood in it. The carpet felt dirty.

The staff were very friendly.

Room was cramped. Noisy.

Solo leisure traveler, one night stay. The hotel is in a nice area, easy to access, with lots of restaurants and shopping in vicinity. Bed was comfortable, lighting was pleasant. However there was only one chair, that being a budget office-style mesh back roller chair. So don't expect to do any reading unless you can manage it in bed or at a desk. "Express" checkout via text messaging did not provide feedback after two texts; had to call hotel to make sure they were aware I had checked out. Ok for the price on a Friday evening.
