Palazzo Daniele, a Member of Design Hotels

The facilities, decor, service were all impeccable! We were in awe as soon as we walked into this beautiful hotel. The service and staff were fantastic, very professional, attentive and friendly. They set up a lovely alfresco dinner for us and made a special dish that we requested for dinner.

Not sure if the hotel was fully booked (it didn’t seem too busy) but in hindsight we’re quite disappointed with our room. We were on our honeymoon and placed in the room next to the kitchen. Whilst it was quite a large room it was very bland which lacked any special features or decor in comparison to other rooms we’d seen online. It also was quite noisy in the morning, whilst the chefs were making breakfast, waking us up early. Sadly the room brought down the overall stay which otherwise would have been a 10.

The pure uniqueness and pleasure of being able to stay in this place is incredible, charming, rustic, italian history wrapped up into modern demeanour and hospitable palace. Beautiful.

Can't really fault anything. If i was being picky the wifi could be better, but who cares, this isn't about doom scrolling social when you can explore.

It was an amazing experience. We fell in love with Palazzo Danielle.

It was quiet, which we needed after traveling adventures. If you’re not up for quiet, it may not be for you.

Lovely property with a friendly staff! The kitchen accommodated our every want and need.Quiet, beautiful! The little town was charming. Our family of four loved every minute! We did the cooking class and had the best time!!The kitchen staff was delightful!

This is a very special palazzo. The pureness and honesty of the restoration is astounding. A very original place. All the staff are amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. Each room is full of original character. With the highest quality of products and materials. The gardens and pool are second to none. A highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful stay on a gorgeous property with such a wonderful staff. Would not go to Puglia and skip a visit here.

Una delusione. Il palazzo storico che indubbiamente avrebbe un suo fascino è arredato con un minimalismo eccessivo. Manca la TV in camera, sostituita da una lampada con due tubi neon, il WIFI è scadente, si percepisce anche qualche trascuratezza nella manutenzione. Abbiamo cenato all’interno data l’impossibilità di trovare qualche alternativa nelle vicinanze e la cucina ci ha molto deluso (mi dispiace dirlo ma le polpette al sugo sono le peggiori che abbiamo mai mangiato). Nota dolente, al mattino siamo stati svegliati all’alba da chi ha pensato bene di mettersi a fare le pulizie straordinarie con l’idropulitrice sotto le nostre finestre alle 6 del mattino. Mancano le tende in bagno che si affaccia sull’aranceto e non offre alcuna privacy a chi soggiorna in camera. Oltre a tutti questi limiti il Palazzo si trova in una location poco accogliente e che non offre nulla. Unica nota di merito il personale molto gentile.
