My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The people are incredible and gave me such a warm welcome. They truly cared for me and took care of everything, from the delicious food to the smallest details. ​I stayed for two nights, and it was honestly one of the smartest decisions I’ve made. The location is strategic and very convenient. I will definitely be back!

Politeness of the elderly lady, who was part of the management. Nice breeze outside and chilling mood.

The owner is extremely rude: on booking is mentioned “airport shuttle free” but already to arrange taxi I had to contact several times cause no reply. Once arrived to the property, he told me that I should have paid the driver and when I pointed out that on booking it was written free, he replied that free was only the “arrangement of the taxi” but the drive itself was to be paid. When I pointed out that it was not very professional, he replied that “I shall learn how to read the English”. I understand it could be a mistake on the website but there are 100 different ways to explain the situation. Quality of room: there were mold stain everywhere on the ceiling and walls; humidity of the room was insane; toilet paper was opened already and wet; only two towels provided and no ones for hands/face; curtain were in front of beds and not blackout type, so every morning was not possible to sleep properly. Breakfast not of the best ever tried in Asian country.

Super helpful and kind host, good breakfast (different each day), comfortable bed and large room with lovely balcony, hot water shower, fan and a/c, whole place was spotless and updated. Saw monkeys and birds from the balcony in the morning. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great spot to stay in Kandy!

A bit out of the way. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to town but you can walk along the lake which is lovely. Easy enough to grab a tuktuk if you don't feel like walking back up the hill.

Beautiful view from balcony, the staff were lovely people, the room was very comfortable, good breakfast.
