It was absolutely fantastic the staff so friendly and helpful the directions are correct and very helpful making it easy to find from train station. Especially for first timers to York. The breakfast was amazing and our room was well re fill and clean and comfy. Absolutely staying here again.

Fab location and comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast .

The ceiling for the shower in our room was very low as it is under the stairs do my husband who is 6’4” found it a little tight! But the room was lovely, clean and comfy and the breakfast made up for the small shower.
