Location excellent just a few minutes walk from station.

Bathroom needs a whole renovation. No safe and no mini fridge. Did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

As I travel by train it's in easy walking distance from York station. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and had my favourite black pudding availanle.

I liked being on the second floor and the views, but the stairs were steep and there was no lift. Otherwise nothing.

Gestori molto accoglienti e gentili. Camera pulita. Molto comodo il parcheggio. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15min. Buona colazione preparata al momento.

A saperlo non avremmo scelto la camera piccola perché è davvero minuscola e il bagno costringe a fare le contorsioni.

We booked the accodation a few weeks ago and all that was available was the loft room. It was small and compact but very comfortable with a great view over York Railway Station. However it was quite noisy with the constant comings and goings of trains. It would be advisable to take ear plugs. The room would not be ideal for tall people as the beams in the room are very low and if you are not mobile then this room is not for you as there are steep stairs Our host and staff are wonderful and very friendly and the breakfast is very tasty and there is a vast selection of choice so you will not be disappointed

The only fault was the loft room as explained above

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back to stay again!

The walls are thin so light sleepers could find ear plugs helpful.
