Hidden Lake Hotel & Apartments

The hotel was well placed for local amenities (eg shops). The facilities in the room were excellent. It was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were approachable., friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.

So glad we stumbled on this hotel. The room was great, beds were comfy and the staff were so lovely. Brekkie was very good.

Nice and modern, close to shops and restaurants and a nice walking track around the lake right at the door step. A great bonus was use of the local gym!

Great location with Woolworth, chemist warehouse, restaurant around. Very clean. Plenty kitchen supplies.

Spotlessly clean hotel with big comfortable rooms also full use of a great laundry room. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. Worth taking a detour for a day to stay here, walk around the lake and eat in some of the restaurants around the area. Also the local cinema ( the Tivoli, I think) is near and is more than worth a visit for a unique and frankly brilliant set up. But have breakfast in the hotel its very good.

No microwave or crockeries in the room , no enough cups even

Everything! The rooms were clean cosy, parking was convenient, spa bath was a treat on a rainy day, breakfast was excellent, and every staff we interacted with was genuinely helpful and friendly, especially Nico who took care of all our questions and requests from the moment we checked in. Thank you, Nico! We are so glad we chose to add this additional night to my husband’s original booking via another platform due to the severe weather warning for yesterday, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cambridge in the future!
