Location was awesome, spa was lovely, bed was so comfortable and shower was great!

Loved the tea and coffee options in the room, perhaps a hot chocolate option would be good for kids.

Breakfast was generous and tasteful with plenty of a la carte options .

Very comfortable apartment. Friendly welcome and reception. Well equipped and clean. Lots of restaurants and a lovely walk around the lake nearby.

Staff were lovely and very accomodating and respectful - no complaints at all

I struggled to sleep. Blackout blinds did not block out street lights and the 5 am truck driver delivery to what was probably McDonalds didn’t help They may wish to be mindful that people are asleep when they drop their back trays

Modern, well appointed, large comfortable rooms, lovely restaurant on site, parking right outside the door, guest laundry

Was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is absolutely amazing, location is close to Hobbiton.

Property is great. The city is very lovely but bit too chilled for me. We stayed 2 nights, 1 is enough in my opinion.

The location is very good, the beds really comfortable and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
