Everything in this hotel is amazing! The location, the decor, the team, everything is incredible! The room is so neat and the care I got from the team was outstanding. This was our first time staying in these hotels . The service was great, terrace view was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and courteous.Ana at the red level checking was very helpful. She made sure we got an early check in and walked us through all the amenities we had with our package was Santiago was very courteous and welcoming.

An excellent stay at Hotel Fénix in Madrid. Probably the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. The service was impeccable. Especially Santiago, Antonio, and Jean Paul were so attentive, helpful, and always knew our names which was so personable. Also the cleaning staff was so friendly and left our rooms so clean and put together. It was such a lovely honeymoon to stay here and can’t wait to come back to Madrid just to stay here again! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it the most perfect stay.
