"cerca de lo que precisaba y super comodo"

la cama hiper cómoda, y con muy buena vista. muy agradable. El personal de recepción y de limpieza muy amables, y atentos a mis requerimientos. estoy muy agradecida.

el trato del personal del comedor es "raro" demasiado duro. entiendo que estan a veces desbordados, pero siento que no es mi problema, y deberían entrenarse más. Igualmente siento eso en todos los hoteles.

"teleurstellend door de beroving van mijn rugtas."

ontbijt was prima

Ik ben beroofd van mijn rugtas in de lobby, net naast de receptie, het staat op de security movie, maar hotel heeft verder helemaal niets gedaan om me enigszins te helpen. Erg teleurstellend.
