My reservation was cancelled and I was transferred to another hotel and paid the taxi driver’s fare. Việc giao dịch không có uy tín. Đặt phòng của tôi bị hủy, tôi được chuyển đến một khách sạn khác và tôi phải trả tiền taxi.

Easy access in and out nice rooms nice staff

Couldn't get Grab delivery to this area got knocked back twice

The staff were great, very helpful.

Air conditioning was not working so they moved us and then in the second room the fridge was not working and the lamp was burnt out. Not a big deal but should be looked after.

The staff and in particular, Tracy, who was so smiley and helpful. Also the breakfast and egg coffees were perfect. Room was a good size too.

Our friends room was half decorated which wasn’t good. 😌

The room was comfortable with excellent views of the harbour from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would return.

Tv cable connection was broken but one of the staff set me up with his account on youtube.
