Great view from balcony, spacious room The staff was very helpful and kind, arranging my cruise, give some advices

Noisy. There’s almost nonexistent soundproofing, as from the road and neighbours

Location was perfect, Staff Tracy was very friendly and caring. She even helped us booking taxi from Cat bi airport to hotel and vise versa on reasonable price. Amenities are best in class. View is exceptional. Service is more than expected.
