Room is clean and comfortable.

The staff comes in to check everything thoroughly before we leave, almost as if they think something might have been stolen. They could do that while we at lobby rather than coming to room before we leave.

Decent rooms.

Quiet, peaceful & relaxing location on Hon Gai side of Halong away from the hussle & bussle Bai Chay side. Roof top view across the water (crows fly 1.5 km) at the hussle & bussle Bai Chay hotel strip near the Cruise Centre, cable car, Bai Chay bridge & ferries wheel. Beautiful night lights in the evening. Water front property with a wide boulevard ideal for strolling, walking & jogging. (Booked a seafront room with tiny balconies). A stone's throw from Halong's iconic islands, literally! No need to take island cruises if one could hop on to the many fishing boats plying & harbouring in the area. There is fishermen harbour/wharf nearby. The locals take early morning swims here.

No restaurants, except for one local eatery (15 mintues walk), in the vicinity except for a row of coffee cafes serving light snacks & pastries. Literally nothing to eat here.

Great location, peaceful with amazing views

Not a dislike, but it's a very quiet suburb - if you're looking for restaurants and night life, you will have to catch a Grab.

Very beautiful room with a great view of the bay and such a magnificent place to stay.
