Convenient. Easy to access. Communication was efficient, and staff on the phone were pleasant. Plenty of space and comfortable. A little more bench space in the bathroom would have been nice.

The apartment is well presented but more suited to single business visitors not tourist couples. storage space is limited in bedroom for 2 people on an extended stay. Kitchen suits quick meal needs only.

I liked the size and amenities the apratment offered, very good. I did not like the idea it had the small german cockroaches, needs to be fumigated.

This was the first time I've used an electronic hotel (no staff). The instructions were clear & worked perfectly. The room was large & bed mattress was really good. Unfortunately the bed sheet was too small & wouldn't tuck under the mattress. So every time you roll or move the sheet moves under you until it's all bunched up. Not great.

Fantastic apartment. Very clean and safe. Just as described. No toilet paper in the room, lucky there was a extra box of tissues!!!

Superbly clean - although the ironing board could prove to be a little too heavy for some.

Dishwasher wasnt the best and not much parking but other than that great place for a great price

The apartment just needed a bit of softening for me to stay again. i.e. a rug in front of the tv it would be bloody cold in winter, a picture on the wall wouldn't hurt either

Loved the ‘person less’ property. This won’t be for all but worked for this introvert! It was simple to access the building and I felt very secure. I had a question prior to check in so I rang the number and was helped efficiently and warmly. Apartment absolutely spotless, quiet location. Basic toiletries so BYO if you care about that (I do). I’ll stay again.
