The place was expansive, really clean and well set out. Amenities close by and it is a nice walk to East Maitland shops. Great value for money I thought and I wish I spent more than one night!

Spacious, modern well equipped. Access is a pain because it is remotely managed. Booked and paid in advance through Wotif with credit card but then received email from property manager requiring I send photos of drivers licence and front amd back of credit card. Said I could blank out drivers licence details but was already travelling and had no way to do that. Access is via a pin you are then sent. Pin was required to get into garage and then 3 more times whenever I brought luggage up from the car. In COVID times this is a lot of shared button pushing with no disinfectant provided near the key pads.

"Clean unit good for one or many nights "

New, very secure, spotless one bedroom unit. Excellent facilities, very comfortable king sized bed. Communication is only via text messages/emails. No personal interaction. I received a message with security codes on day of arrival which all went well. Still not sure about the email wanting back and front photo copies of the credit card used to pay for the room or a copy of my driver’s license. I’m not sure if it was part of a scam as I didn’t hear back when I only included partial details.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The keyless, automated check in process worked really well and made my late night arrival no issue at all. I’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent facilities. We had a two-bedroom apartment and there were three TVs. The Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Unfortunately, the TV in one of the Bedrooms didn't have wi-fi connection, so only three local channels were accessible. The problem was not fixed even after the management was informed.
