My overall experience was 10/10, the room was exactly what I expected and I couldn’t have asked for more.

It’s was ok. Room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was useless as there was no stove or anything to cook with. Communication at check in wasn’t the best.

I really loved the apartment and enjoyed my stay. It is very quite, fully furnished and near shopping centres. Check in was easy. What I loved the most was the high level of security. Everything looked nice and clean (except for a bit of dust) until I looked under the bed to pick something on the floor. I was so shocked to find so much filth under the bed including wrappers and kfc food packets from previous occupants. Glad I found this while checking out otherwise I would have left early. I would also have loved hanging hooks behind the doors. Besides that, it was pleasing.

Overnight stay on way up to Hunter Valley. Spacious, clean apartment, all mod cons, comfortable. Secure parking, good communication. Would stay again.

Stayed 7 weeks prior to this stay at it was great. This time was a totally different experience. The smell from the fridge, could be smelt as you opened the unit door. Then the king bed was fitted with what looked like double bed sheets and kept rolling up underneath you as you tried to sleep. And lastly, we were charged fir a fully serviced unit for 2 nights and when we returned after a day out, no servicing had been completed. Terrible!.......Have complained to the General Manager and still no contact or reply! I would think twice about booking here.

Three entries of passcode to get to our room. Cumbersom and heavy doors. Dirty crockery in cupboard. Minimalist supplies which ran out first day. Shower head very difficult to adjust. Errors in booking which caused a change of passcode which we did not know about until locked out in the rain. No, we will never be back!

clean and new apartment, exactly what we need on the travel, good experience, kids friendly, also comes with all your need for shampoo/body wash and coffee/tea bags, the only thing is the dishwasher not working very well.

Hi there I stayed here for a week recently and did not have a good experience. The hotel lost my booking, and the reception staff were very unhelpful in helping sort it out. Ruth who answered my phone call wanted me to pay again, even though I had already paid in full. She refused to check me in even after I emailed her confirmation on my payment. I offered to let her charge my card again just temporarily until she found the booking, but she advised she would not refund me even though she would have the payment twice. She was rude, and angry and complained that she had better things to do with her time than help me. Ruth also complained that her kids were waiting at home for her and I was preventing her from going home to see them. Hotels.com got me in touch with Graham, the managing director of the hotel. He was great and solved my booking and organised checking me in. I thought that everything was behind me, but I then had no hot water for the first 3 nights of my stay and an apology email from them stating a plumbing problem after I raised this with them. It was an unfortunate stay, and not enjoyable. Be aware this hotel does not like or respect people that book through third party websites.
