Check in good room very clean, bed hard as nails not comfortable at all. Morning 2 no hot water in the shower. Knob just Spun around had to go to work with no shower. Not happy. So will not go back. Would like a refund

Upon arrival, Room smelled musty and J turned the air conditioning down and left for a few hours. Upon returning the room was still hot. I let the front desk know. She gave me tips to troubleshoot myself because she had no other rooms to give me. She didn't have the authority to give a discount. Room was adequate at best. Rusty bath tub as well. The mattress was saggy.

The service from the office and service staff was great! They did a wonderful job.They probably could've had more towels and the door sweep under the entrance door was broken and open. The second room they put us in still smelled like cigarette smoke but not as much the first one. Also, a little bit pricey for Econolodge (85 dollars)

We were permitted to check in early. The room was already cool and we appreciated that it was non smoking and fit that description.

Towels were rough, the sheets were dirty. There were little bits of dirt in the sheets. We brushed them off several times before feeling comfortable about sleeping in them. Our feet were literally black on the bottoms from the filthy floors. Major disappointment! Inexpensive but there’s no excuse for uncleanliness, especially during a pandemic. Maybe the health department needs to pay a visit.

Expected better for the price. This was not a pleasure trip so we really didnt expect much. But a comfortable bed. Didnt get that. And out side the building stunk bad. Wouldnt recommend this one to anyone.

I was an Assistant General Manager at a hotel for 13 years and have traveled many times. Having said that, this had to be the dirtiest room I've ever been in. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes and in a matter of minutes my feet were filthy. The mattresses old and lumpy. The bedding, I have never had rougher blankets and thinner sheets. Will sleep in my car next time.

Beds seemed a little swayed back but comfortable light fixture missing a bulb
