Vila Cristalfrost

The overall staying was excellent, but the included breakfast was very poor: An omelet, few slices of cheese and sausages and few slices of cucumber and tomatoes, all served in an individual plate (not buffet). The same breakfast was repeated for all our five days of staying. Don't expect to have nothing vegan friendly.

Room and location was excellent for sure. The tub was a requirement and we liked but couldn't use it because the knob wouldn't close.

Breakfast has room for improvement. Variation would highly be appreciated. Some good quality coffee would have been nice as well. The noise from the chairs in the dining area is very annoying.

We liked the location and having a private parking lot.

The rooms didn’t match the pictures available in the website and there was no private bathroom as in the booking description of the room, but a share one. The host didn’t care the room didn’t match the description and the images, specially in what regards the absence of private bathroom.

The room is clean. There is a balcony and beautiful view to the forest, private bathroom was clean warm and shower is great! The host is lovely and welcoming. There is a breakfast you can ask for 25lei per person which was good for us. Lovely place to stay in Poiana Brasov.

All was good!

Only one positive moment - that at least we had money back after an ugly evening.

Awful service. When we came back to sleep - there was a group of drunk people making noise which was audible up to the 3rd floor. It was at 23:00 at 00:00 and at 01:30 as well No staff was available at hotel. Reception number was not working. Only another office from Constanta replied, but they did nothing to resolve the issue. For this hotel a group of ~10 drunk people is more valuable than their reputation. They were celebrating like this is their own private hotel. We came to sleep at our last day of honeymoon and instead of sleep we had noises, smell of cigarettes in hall and no help from staff. As a result we got our baggage packed and went to another hotel where are no drunk parties. Never again! If a hotel is dedicated for drunk parties - announce your clients before taking money for service! We went to sleep in quiet mountain atmosphere and had nerves instead.
