"Unprofessional"

Location is nice

Not returning calls and texts. Problems with a reservation. We didn't get what we paid for. Tried to charge us extra. Be careful. Special minus for the lady with a mocking smile that pretended she didn't speak English when we arrived and problems started

The location of the hotel is great.

In the first room where a lot of bees. In the second room the toilet sounds and we could hear all the noise from the attic.
