Location was good. Easy on/off.

The room was definitely tired. The sink and faucet were relics. The salt air has done a number on the faucet…very stiff. The sink is stained.

Had severe plumbing problems. Carpet was sticky room was very outdated and smelled old. Promise Ocean view, and all we saw was the car in a liquor store. People were loud and the refrigerator inside our room wouldn’t stop running loud and making noises. They powered through it and stayed one night. I will never go back and really would like my money back.

Be truthful about the hotel.

Decent room double priced due to holiday wkend. Great location - you have to cross hwy 1 but then right on sand. Basic thin towels, on-site restaurant ok. No karaoke although was told repeatedly there would be. Provider farmers bros coffee was not pleasant. Site was very clean and painted. Loads of grass for pets and wide parking spots. Room had view of ocean from front door. Room was clean and bug free with free wifi hot shower and provided toiletries. Biggest pita was having to get get recoded every time tried to use it and employees didn't seem to understand guest frustration.

The price was good for an overnight stay however, for a longer stay, I would not have been able to do it.

The bathroom was not in good condition. The beds were uncomfortable.
