"Clean and conveneient"

Nice place. In good condition you can tell the owner isn't cheap. Has been remodeled a few times and kept up with maintenance and up grades. I could smell the fresh paint on the new gate/fence around the newly remodeled pool from 20 feet away. Great location, beach is right across the street. Has a cool full size bar with pool table and large tvsz. Attached restaurant with good food and a mini Mart next to that.
