GK Airport Suites - Free Shuttle

This place is just an office converted into a suite. The beds mattress were very hard and the frame was noisy, this not to mention the noisy air conditioning and the lack of a proper shower. To stay in this place you need a phone and internet connection or the ability to make calls or receive txt. No lobby or contact with any personel from the hotel other than txt, emails, WhatsApp or calls. This is just a room to stay close to the airport. I have to say that t was a clean and safe, and the shuttle to the airport helped.

This is an office 'converted' into a hotel room with almost no amenities. They advertise 'kitchen' which is absurd as there's no oven, cooktop, microwave or even a burner to be able to warm up any food. Bed is quite uncomfortable and I couldn't get hot water in the morning, barely warm. The transportation included was good, comfortable and efficient. Everything else really needs a serious upgrade.

It will do if you need to go to the airport early but don't imagine bliss / just somewhere to rest before a flight

We had an excellent short stay—perfect for airport passengers. The place was neat, spacious, and private, making it a great option for families with kids. Although there’s no physical reception, all the necessary information was clearly communicated via WhatsApp or message, which made check-in smooth and easy. The airport pickup was very convenient, and the quiet location added to the comfort. Highly recommended for a quick and comfortable layover.

I wa Ted a refund from the first moment I got there. It’s an office space. Converted badly into an apt with business and offices in it. Shower is a Sta d alone outside of bathroom. Very prison looking. Falsely advertised close to airport. It’s actually quite far and costly to get to. Away from any main attractions or anything. A lot of noise with 2 huge dogs barking through the night. Very uncomfortable beds. Terrible!

I didn't realize there is no person to check you in. Dirty towels and opened water bottles throughout the room

Communication was very bad. They had arranged the shuttle at the wrong time even though we sent clear instructions. The pick up shuttle did not have AC and we had to wait in there for 25 min for other passengers. If I knew this we would have just used uber. No communication about check in until I called that day before boarding my flight. The morning of shuttle arrived 20 min late when I messaged him for a status they said, we tried to call you? Just answer my question where is the shuttle? Room had no issues was fine for my family but would never book again unless there was a reception.

Simple and clean. Feel like an office that was converted into a suite…because it was. Self check in. No staff but not a problem.
