"It was okay but could use some work."

The location was great. It’s not a terrible place for a one or 2 night stay but I wouldn’t stay there for a week in vacation.

I feel as if they cleaning staff could clean a little better, the floor in our room looked as if it needed mopped better but could also just have been the way the floor looked. The rest of the room was seemingly ok. My biggest problem was booking a 2 queen room for 3 adults and an infant and when I showed up I was immediately offered a “king upgrade” for one. I noted that I booked a 2 queen room for a reason and they clearly didn’t have it properly because they proceeded to ask if the 4th floor was okay and then upon entering we had a 2 full room. Try sleeping in a full size bed with your husband who sleeps like he doesn’t have a wife and also a baby who bed shares. So that was not fun. Give people what they paid for.

Very clean rooms, very respectful and friendly employees. Make you feel like your at home. Located near a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers, and very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Very kind and accommodating people and a neat and clean space!"

Very friendly and helpful employees, especially Claudia, Sandra and April. We stayed for a extended period of time and was treated with respect and felt like we had privacy. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling!
