Extended Stay America Suites - Bristol

The hotel was in a convenient location.

We got our key card and upon opening the door were hit with a very strong smell to cigarettes. The bed was not made with care, the door was difficult to open. The fan(?) above the stovetop was broken and hanging down. We went to the front desk and the clerk did find us another room which didn't smell like cigarettes. The bed was done nicely. I noticed the floor must have had water damage as the snap flooring was warped and curled up in places. The windows were filthy. Cigarette butts littered the parking lot I won't choose an extended stay ever again.

I loved the location and how friendly the staff was. I also loved the layout of the rooms and having a stove, microwave and fridge was nice!

The bed moved very easily and were pretty noisy when you lay on them. I also didn’t like the shower because the the hot worked fine but if you were to turn the cold on barely it would over power the hot and make for a cold shower so I left the cold off and took a pretty hot shower. It might’ve just been that room but I’m not sure.

The customer service was excellent, always clean, great breakfast and most definitely a thanks to miss Sandra for her smiles and great greetings!
