The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is parking available for 2 vehicles only. Boats are not permitted.

The location was great - close to supermarket, restaurants and cafes, hardware stores and petrol stations. Check-in instructions could have been clearer as we had to figure out in the wind and the pouring rain why the main entrance gate wouldn't open fully. Calls to the listed mobile was not answered but I did get text messages from the owner explaining that he/she was overseas and to text back for assistance if necessary. My family members were able to call another mobile and get assistance over the phone. The property is modern, spacious and mostly comfortable. The view from the dinning and living area out the back is very relaxing and pleasant. We did not do any laundry but there's a washing machine. The shower door in the ensuite bathroom wouldn't shut properly so we ended up using the main bathroom. Also, the toilet cover tended to swing to one side when pressure is applied so I mostly used the other toilet. We stayed there for 2 nights. It rained most of the time and the wind blew so hard against the fence and roof that I wasn't able to sleep much. I ended up sleeping on the couch but the fridge was also noisy from time to time. Not too bad otherwise.

This property was clean and well situated for the pool The entrance and exit gates were difficult to use and on some occasions broken so felt like you were in jail The keys to the property needed to be labelled for purpose as it was difficult to know which key was for which door also The doors were difficult to lock and unlock which in an emergency would have made getting out of the property difficult and dangerous The tiles on the floors including the bathrooms were so slippery when wet that they were dangerous. In the en-suite bathroom the water leaked out of the shower when you showered and flowed all over the floor and back into the bathroom we needed to call housekeeping and got a whole pile of towel and bath mats to put on the floor for our whole stay it was obvious this was an ongoing problem as the base of the bathroom cabinet was rotting it also meant the bathroom smelt damp because of wet towels and Matt’s It was also mentioned to us that one of the cleaners had slipped on the tiles in one of the units and broken a rib Also the price we paid I don’t think it would have been wrong to expect some extra toilet rolls in the unit 4 people for 4 nights need more than 3 toilet rolls had to buy our own Some of The utensils in kitchen were broken or non existent needed to buy our own so we could cook on the barbecue The fly wire onto patio was ripped allowing flies and mosquitoes to enter at will we mended the holes ourselves with tape.could do a lot better
