Toilets and kitchen dirty on arrival

Communication was fabulous, the unit contained everything we needed and worked well. Great location, walking distance to everything.

The dining chairs and bar stools are really dirty. The rest of the house, linen were clean and fresh.

Nice specious with 3 bedrooms and comfortable house in good location, and you feel your own place with private car park and the property well protected with big senser exit gate. Has beautiful BBQ area and swimming pool. I like the laundry equipment but take your own detergent as it's not enough with 1 small pack. Has two toilets, which is great for family or someone has health issues so can have more private time.

I stayed 3 nights. The house needs to be cleaner as there are lots of spider webs on the ceiling . The kitchen utilities need to be cleaner. As the fry pans looks so old and it's also has old food residue as it took me time to clean them also the pots.I had to scrub them very hard . I would highly recommend replacing them or giving them a serious clean. The small chopping board has a deep burning scar, which caused the food stick in between, and there was no sponge to clean them only a normal cleaning cloth, so i had to buy one. The stove is electric, which is fine, but levels were wiped out, and it took me time to figure it out to use it. Also, I couldn't find any tongs. Some of the mugs have drinks stains. If you are a heavy coffee and tea drinker, I would recommend taking your own coffee and tea as there are very few of them on the bench. If planning to watch something on your laptop, I would recommend providing hdmi wire because there isn't one.

Beachfront location to beach, skate park and jetty

I would suggest changing the cleaning company ie Bathroom floor had hair under the bathmat, under the the lounge was more rubbish, a pair of jocks in the bedroom, stains on the bath towels, cobweb over the dining light and the beds in the 3rd bedroom un-made with the linen thrown on the floor in the corner of the room.

Needed a bigger outdoor table at the unit. We also couldn’t find any tongs to use for the bbq.

Perfect location, so close to the beach, foreshore and restaurants. The grounds are very well kept (nice green grass for the kids to play on) plus the pool is great.

Maybe a little better cleaning of the unit. New teaspoons needed as there were only 3 and all were old and rusty. Maybe a new chopping board as well. A couple of the blinds kept on falling down, plus a larger outdoor seating area would be great as the table was very small with only 2 chairs. Apart from these minor things, it's a great place to stay! :)
