The location, beds comfy, bathrooms clean & kitchen well equipped. Secure grounds for children to play, swimming pool and BBQ and able to park and walk everywhere.

There was no broom to sweep the floors. The blinds are old and broken on the sliding door. The heavy dining chairs aren’t suitable for the kitchen table.

The beds were comfy. The place was spacious which allowed for my whole family to stay. Location was great. Pool was awesome.

That there was no wifi available. Whilst there was a DVD/Video player, the picture and audio quality in attempting to play these was poor. Would have preferred a smart TV that we could stream to. Also it was very dusty in parts.

Location, size, and unit facilities were very good and great value for money. A comfortable stay for a family with easy access to the beach and swimming pool.

Some of the dishes and cutlery were not as clean as they should have been. Although comfortably appointed, a lack of hand soap and only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms was mildly inconvenient.

The swimming pools, grassed area and BBQ facilities were great and very convenient. Distance to the beach, playground and shops were excellent.

Property was a little dated and grimey, the couch was particularly stained and smelly.

Would like to a shelf or something similar in the shower so that older people do not have to bend over to pick up soap, shampoo etc from the floor. Not a criticism but an idea

cleanliness upon arrival, after being told to clean up everything after ourselves we expect it to be like that when we arrived. whole place needs a proper clean especially showers. exhaust fans desperately need replacing in bathrooms and toilet. window furnishings are either broken or really old in all rooms. window in lounge room on the left of the tv was leaking water and has been doing so for a long time by the looks of the stains. spider webs and spiders on the roof in lounge room
