Seafront Unit 25

The location was perfect. House was complete in almost everything that you needed.

Minor but important, improvements suggested: 1) Have a heater / air con system in the other bedrooms. 2) Single bed mattresses not comfortable to sleep on. New ones may be required 3) Toilet seat cover in master bedroom ensuite to be fixed 4) Have more comfortable pillows (e.g. memory foam, feathers) and newer more comfortable bedding, quilts, sheets..Ideally cotton 5) Newer good quality towels required in the house 6) The dining furniture and chairs is designed for outdoors..suitable and comfortable dining chairs should be added. 7) kitchen - need a cutting board and newer heavy based pots (e.g.stainless steel or cast iron) so food doesn't get burnt easily. Need suitable bowls for eating soup and cereal. Also need a new stove top where you can see the numbers when operating the dials / knobs, as we couldn't tell where minimum and maximum heat was etc.

Every thing I needed was here. The location was perfect. Couldn’t of asked for anything more.

Fabulous location. We could walk everywhere. Communal BBQ and pool area is brilliant

Beds were very hard! Uncomfortable nights sleep for everyone. Unit is getting a bit tired.

The photos on the Booking.com website didn't do the place justice. Upon entering, the unit was much bigger and brighter than we were expecting however I realise a distorted photo is necessary in order to capture the whole space in a photo. The recliners were popular with our group(!) The location was fantastic with beach access & the bakery, town, cafes, playground in easy walking distance. Tried the brewery which was great too however is not walking distance (shuttle available). The pool & bbq facilities just fantastic (& clean). For a complex with many units sharing common walls, we found it surprisingly quiet and private. The Owner allowed us a 1hr later check out so we could time the drive home with bub's nap better, which we appreciated.

The only reason I didn't give a 10/10 is for cleanliness. It was basically neat & tidy however the place requires a detailed deep clean, for example dusty fake plants on bathroom bench tops (potentially you could just remove these all together), cob webs on light fittings, dirty handles on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry so we used our own disinfectant wipes to clean the places we were going to be touching. The inside of the fridge was clean which was great. The main bathroom has a very noisy extractor fan - may need to be looked at but I'm sure the cleaning crew will have notified you of this by now.

Very enjoyable stay. Would have liked to stay longer. Great location. The unit was very comfortable and lots of room. Kids loved having their own room and separate bathroom. Lounges were very comfy. Great to have a pool area which we enjoyed each afternoon. We enjoyed the board games that were supplied.

The vertical curtains in the main bedroom. With sunrise so early in summer they were very inadequate. Getting in and out of the complex with the security gates.

Location and the complex was nice. Loved the pool.

Our unit was a bit run down. In need of some maintenance. The blinds in the living area were broken and falling apart. Couldn’t open and close them. General cleaning of the unit was ok however there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen area. Cobwebs with bigs stuck over them in some of the down lights in the living area. Also the kitchen cupboards need a good clean out and organization of the kitchen ware inside. Some were old broken and dirty.

It was great to be close to the beach. Having a pool, nice grass area and pathways for the kids to ride their scooters was a bonus. The air-conditioning worked well.

The sliding doors, blinds and wardrobe doors need to be repaired/replaced. Need to replace the light globes in 2 bedrooms. There was no broom for inside/outside.

Backs out to the pool which was great for kids. Great location. Walking distance to everything. There is plenty of space in the house. Perfect for our family. Beds are hard but thats what we are used to so we didnt have a problem. Loved all the VHS and dvds available.
