Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range. Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details. The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in. Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, the property requires that the credit card holder complete a Credit Card Authorization form to be sent in advance of arrival. Per our policies, we cannot rent a non-handicap room when a handicap room is required or requested. The waterpark is open through mid -October. Parking is always limited to 1 space. Cashless Country Cascades will no longer accept cash as a method of payment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Oct 19, 2026 until Fri, May 21, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"We had a pleasant stay."

Waterpark! Food and coffee onsite! Bunk beds for the kids.

The bed was uncomfortable. Pools were cold, and waterslides were only open certain times.

"Family vacation of 4"

Hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced. Breakfast at Granny Clucketts is priced extremely fair at $35 to feed a family of 4, our server Allura was great. Pizza at the hotel was good and priced decent when buying the meal deal for $50 (2 pizzas, 2 salads &4 cookies). The “watering hole bar” is a metal rack with basic alcohol. However, the hotel has missed opportunities with needed updates. Our room alone has definitely been needing cosmetic attention for sometime. The 7th floor vending machine is out of order, next closest is the 3rd floor. (Thankfully my wife over packs and we have an abundance of snacks). There is a community microwave on each floor, I feel it would be beneficial to have one in each room. Especially if you're paying for a "family penthouse". Our room refrigerator was missing all the shelving rods so you couldn’t utilize the door at all. There was no option on the TVs for subtitles, which I find very strange and inconvenient. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Overall, the water parks are pretty nice, the kids activities are cool, food is good. Arcade is mediocre with multiple games not on or working.

"Vacation 2026"

We had the best time! We have came here three years now and everytime it's like the first. The staff is very helpful and nice. We got our belly's full with tasty breakfast,lunch and dinner options here and even enjoyed some sweet treats all without having to leave the resort! My kids loved the water park and arcade as well as the dance party. It is safe to say, we'll be back.
