"It was nice and a convenient location to explore downtown Rome."

Stephanie at the Front Desk was nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, great coffee.

The property could use an overall renovation, but it was clean and comfortable.

Except for the 2 items that I didn't like ,everything was was worth the cost.

Unable to reserve a handicap room. With my wife having bad knees and using a walker the toilet presented quite a challenge. I don’t think I've ever seen a toilet so short. Bushes need trimming bad and the weeds around the pool are about to take over the flowers.

"Not the best place to stay."

Location was the best thing of the hotel.

Funky smell, didn't meet our request, remote didn't work..tv was cracked, fridge was warm, and air unit didn't work right. Also stains in the floor in room 511
