Magnuson Hotel Virginia Beach

I did not starter’s and they would not give me my money back. I went with my 9 year old daughter and there were prostitutes all over.

Unfortunately, the only good thing is the friendliness of the lobby staff. Hence, the rooms are dirty, in poor condition, and reek of cigarettes compared to what you see in the photos

Nasty loud need to be remodeled rooms should be 50 to 60 a night

What i liked was that it wasn’t a very noise property, bed comfort was alright , the rooms bathroom has some stains all over

The best part about my stay was the friendly staff. Other than that, the outside of the hotel looks run down and unsafe. The rooms were not the best as far as maintenance. There was an unpleasant smell outside my room my entire stay and there were panhandlers around the property. Very much unsafe. I strongly recommend new management and a complete facelift of the entire property. Safe to say I will not be staying here again next time I travel to Virginia.

Good location, but the rooms are beat up and run down looking. I booked a non-smoking room but it smells bad because someone smoked in it.

The stay was pleasant, room was satisfying and adequate..

Não gostei muito caro e o hotel estava muito fedido horrível sai com muita alergia o banheiro sujo tive nojo de usar o banheiro e tinha moscas no quarto tinha muita sujeira de cigarro na frente e na piscina não foi boa a espécie e me senti muito enganada

The front desk Ladies here makes the stay amazing. They are extremely friendly, eager to assist, and assertive in a very professional way. I appreciate them very much for being so kind to me. They ALL deserve a raise, you want to keep Professionals like them around as long as possible!
