"It’s just okay"

Hard bed. The light in the restroom wasn’t working. There were flys inside the room when we got there.

The smoke smell was very strong and bad. There was also a lot of noise. These things made the stay very horrible for all of us. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night, we could not stay there

Upon arrival the property looks to have been in a fire or something.the staff was extremely nice..the clerk stated she was putting me in a renovated room..the room door looked like it had been kicked it before..the room had a strong cigarette smell to it.

I was giving a preoccupied room then a room that had no air conditioner then a room that was leaking. I stayed with family and was told by the front desk staff manager to contact you all for a refund
