Spilled water on the floor & wiped it with a white hand towel. That towel turned black from the dirty floor. Shower & need we're good. There was no staff when I checked in. Only a machine with a screen to a guy somewhere??? Breakfast had no protein .

"Can’t believe I had to pay for this!"

Shocked, I booked this on Hotwire and they said I am booking a 3 star hotel. 3 star hotel my________ when I saw I was staying at Days Inn I really wasn’t to happy about it and things just got worse. Checking in to days inn was an experience all in itself, yep no live person just checked in to with someone on a computer screen that I had some issues understanding, if it wasn’t late I would have went elsewhere. Rooms were good but shower didn’t work and when you have people outside hanging around and smoking, yep that should give you a clue!

The room was decent—nothing fancy. TV remote needed batteries. We called front office twice and they told us both times they’d be right there. Never showed. Next four days no TV. They have the battery compartment inaccessible with a tiny screw, otherwise I would have changed the batteries myself. Poor service.

"Rude customer service, feel ripped off"

Customer service was awful! When asked them a question after the second lie they hung up on me then kept deposit on the explanation that the sheet was dirty 😬🤔 makes you wonder do they not wash either way!? My dog was with me and may have left some paw prints or crumbs but I can’t swear to it because I saw nothing wrong with the sheet
