no operable ice makers anywhere on the property, plastic tub insert cracked while i was using it, trick door that sometimes didn't want to open, sometimes didn't want to close.

Very clean spotless & comfortable beds, great staff. Will be coming back.

This property was clean and the check in kiosk made checking in very efficient. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for the money

Our first room had five German cockroaches and smelled immediately upon arrival. The manager on duty gave us a new room which was clean and nice. If you stay just make sure you give it a thorough inspection before putting your stuff down.

The room was spotless. The beds are out of this world, so so comfy. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Beautiful pool and great continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend Days Inn in Port Charlotte FL

Great location Easy check in

Hubby and I stayed 2 nights. That was 2 nights too long. Clerks excuses: They had no other rooms. They don't have maintenance on weekends. The manager would process refund on Monday afternoon (after we checked out). Her 'hands were tied'. Gave me an extra ice bucket to keep fridge cold (oh a bonus!!) There were bugs in the room. The mini fridge had no shelves in it or a knob to turn on we had to use ice buckets in fridge to keep my medicine cold and were limited on what we could put in there. The tub had two drains - one over the other weird but couldn't use bath - and it could be dangerous for those using it. The patio was roped off so we couldn't even sit outside to try to enjoy a meal. The staff was quirky - nice one minute then rude. The batteries in remote died and the night clerk was rude about having to come bring batteries. They told us they had no other rooms and it was something we 'had to deal with'. We were told we would get a refund. Then a half refund. Then nobody called us. We used a third party to book and have been going in circles with hotel, corporate and the booking site. third party booking site says hotel did not send refund, also stating we didn't complain when we know we did - I wasted two hours on this with no resolution. I'm not done and am going to assure I am refunded. I am planning on reaching out to State Attorney General and Health department - so many violations. There was also a very rude older man who seemed to be supervising another man who was emptying garbage - just not professional at all - they both looked like they had been out drinking all night. Pool also was loaded with leaves and bugs. Hotel is sketch - go elsewhere.
